For all the single people, you may or may not agree
I will get really personal in this blog. It is about singleness and what the Bible says. Marriage is no better than singleness but God will give a person what they need.
I can't write about marriage because I have never been married so I will talk about singleness.
I don't want any advice what I should do but I am talking about my life. So please honor me by not commenting me in person or in social media.
I will tell you a Bible verse for all you single people. 1 Corinthians 7:32-35 says, " I would like you to be free from concern. An unmarried man is concerned about the Lord’s affairs—how he can please the Lord. But a married man is concerned about the affairs of this world—how he can please his wife— and his interests are divided. An unmarried woman or virgin is concerned about the Lord’s affairs: Her aim is to be devoted to the Lord in both body and spirit. But a married woman is concerned about the affairs of this world—how she can please her husband. I am saying this for your own good, not to restrict you, but that you may live in a right way in undivided devotion to the Lord."
I believe that I will never be married and I am okay with that. So I claim this Bible verse.
When I was younger, all the girls that I liked rejected me. I have been on a couple dates a long time ago but after the first date, the girl rejected me. So I think that I am always be single.
If someone tells me how to spell "date", I can't.
When I read the 1 Corinthians 7:32-35, I am glad that I am single. I see the worries that married guys have and I am glad that I have a simple life. I just seek the Lord and the married guy has to be worried about the feeling of his wife. So I claim this verse for me.
Again, I don't know the future but I don't understand women so I will never be married.
People say what I do with my free time.
I read a lot of books and write a lot on every social media platform. I believe God has given me time so I will be knowledgeable. I am reaching out to many people.
I play music to the Lord and write love songs to the Lord. So I am thankful.
I try to be better with money. I have a good retirement saving and life insurance so I am taking care of.
I try to be a better friend to people and can affect more people than a married person. I am open to hang out with anyone.
I want to give the best body to God. So I workout 5 hours a week and I have 7% percent body fat. I am leaning going into 41 then I was in my 30's.
I have the best diet ever because I want energy to honor God.
I take care of my feet so I get a pedicure every month and take care of my skin.
I am dressing better as I get older.
I am a type of person, if it is not in front of me, I assume it will not happen.
People always then say this. Do you ever feel lonely? If I ever feel lonely, I talk to God and read the Bible. People then will ask me this question. Do you have have sexual desire? The answer is yes but I ask the Lord to have self-control.
People then will ask me this. Will you die alone? I will not die alone because God is with me.
I need to add this. I assume that I will always be single but God can always change my desire.
But for now. I claim singleness.
