I was on Youtube and I saw the movie preview for All Eyes on Me. It is a movie about 2Pac and many people think he is the greatest rapper of all-time.
We can make people our heroes and our deliverance. Many people looked to 2Pac as someone to looked up to. The news that I will tell people will make them sad. People will disappoint you and they will sin and make themselves look like fools.
Proverbs 24:10 says, "If you falter in a time of trouble, how small is your strength!"
2pac, myself and you are sinners and we all have gone the wrong way.
Proverbs 14:12 says, "There is a way that seems right to a man, But its end is the way of death."
We have a sinful nature that wants to rebel against the Lord. We may think we are doing right but God's law will condemn us when we break them. Once we do one sin then we are damned to hell.
James 2:10 says, "For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all."
2Pac, myself and you are in trouble because once a person does a crime then they are a criminal.
It takes a innocent person to redeem that person.
That person name was Jesus. He is God and came to this world. He lived a perfect life. He died on the cross for our sins and arose from the dead. If we confess Jesus and repent from our sins then we are delivered from evil.
Ephesians 2:8-9 says, " For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast."
People want freedom and every sub-culture have their ideas how. If you want true freedom, then follow Jesus.
