It is important to be others centered

I believe that it is important to be others centered. I am a guy and I see many men that only think about themselves (I can't speak for women because I am not one).
I want to be different from the normal guy. If I live with someone, I will do my fair share of things.
I like to two or three things when I get home because it shows love to the people that I live with.
I believe Christ would want every believer to have joy (Jesus, others, yourself).
I have not arrived but I long to get there.
If there is a home improvement, I like to help out because I am not handy. Plus, the most important idea is that I am showing love the the person that I am helping out and I hope that God is honored.

Matthew 5:16

  Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

We always tell the little ones that we should not fear people but we are liars. We do fear people and we will go against the truth so we can please people. Many people are not their own people because their fear. If you know me, I don't care what you think but I will be nice to you. Do you have a rude mouth?

I will be honest about myself. My mouth can be dumb and say bad statements. James 1:26 says," If anyone thinks he is religious and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his heart, this person's religion is worthless." I claim that Jesus is my all but my words can go against what I say. I am not alone in this area but I will not stay in this area forever. I need to repent from my sins and ask the Lord to change my heart. The heart will speak what is in it. Luke 6:45 says, " A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of." Here is are other words that cut to the bone.
