The mystery of the seven

I will talk about Revelation 1:20. Revelation 1:20 says, "The mystery of the seven stars that you saw in my right hand and of the seven golden lampstands is this: The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches, and the seven lampstands are the seven churches."

 The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches could have three meanings.
The first interpretation could be an heavenly host. The second interpretation could earthly messengers/ministers. The third interpretation could be personifications of the prevailing spirit of each church.

 The seven lampstands are the churches of Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamum, Thyatira, Sardis, Philadelphia, and Laodicea.

We always tell the little ones that we should not fear people but we are liars. We do fear people and we will go against the truth so we can please people. Are you ridin' dirty?

Even when the Lord knows the works of his people to be wrought in love, faith, zeal, and patience; yet if his eyes, which are as a flame of fire, observe them committing or allowing what is evil, he will rebuke, correct, or punish them. Here is praise of the ministry and people of Thyatira, by One who knew the principles from which they acted. They grew wiser and better. Do you have a rude mouth?

I will be honest about myself. My mouth can be dumb and say bad statements. James 1:26 says," If anyone thinks he is religious and does not bridle his tongue but deceives his heart, this person's religion is worthless." I claim that Jesus is my all but my words can go against what I say. I am not alone in this area but I will not stay in this area forever. I need to repent from my sins and ask the Lord to change my heart. The heart will speak what is in it. Luke 6:45 says, " A good man brings good things out of the good stored up in his heart, and an evil man brings evil things out of the evil stored up in his heart. For the mouth speaks what the heart is full of." Here is are other words that cut to the bone. James 3:9-10 says, " With the tongue we praise our Lord and Father, and with it we curse human beings, who have been made in God’s likeness. Out of the same mouth come praise and cursing.
